In 2005 ALS recognized that industries and agencies in this region were in need of local, easy access to full analytical support for their project needs. Since that time the Fort St. John location has offered services such as drinking water microbiology testing for E. coli and Total Coliforms. Having this capability locally gives clients piece-of-mind, knowing they have an analytical partner that will deliver rapid turnaround times and shorter hold times, saving time and money. ALS Fort St. John is approved by the B.C. Provincial Health Officer for drinking water microbiology testing, and is the only location in the region that is certified by EWQA for this analysis.
