Safety

ALS Industrial is committed to the safety of our employees, our clients and the community we serve. This is the first and most critical of the ALS Industrial commitments. The policies and procedures set out in our Integrated Management System have been highly successful in establishing a culture of individual and corporate responsibility within the organisation. ALS has a zero-injury philosophy for all employees in all locations and firmly believes that all injuries are preventable through training, inductions, employee consultation and by encouraging open communication and hazard management activities.
